Munchee Potato Cracker crumb coated chicken skewers

Creamy Sera coconut milk and peanut sauce

Directions

Step1

Clean and cut chicken breasts into think strips and marinate with salt, pepper and chilli flakes for 15 mins.

Step2

Skewer the chicken and coat with a thin coat of wheat flour, then with beaten egg and finally with Munchee Potato Cracker crumbs.

Step3

Shallow fry the skewers until golden brown.

Step4

For the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a pan and stir well over low heat. Once all the ingredients are well combined, use as a dip for the chicken skewers.
