Below is the easy steps on making Chopsuey Rice..

Step1

Soak the soy meat in hot water for 5 min- minutes, remove excess water and temper with the flavour pack until golden.

Step2

Add ginger, garlic, egg, salt & pepper, soy sauce and sugar to a heated pan with oil, mix with rice and set aside.

Step3

Temper oil, ginger and garlic for 2-3 min- minutes, then mix the vegetables and leave it for 2-3 minutes.

Step4

Next, mix soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and oyster, then add water and butter before boiling for 5 minutes.

Step5

5 Add cornflour mixture and bring to boil, then serve hot with steamed rice.
