Below is the easy steps on making Lanka Soy Minced cutlet

Step1

Take lanka soy minced and boil it with hot water just enough

Step2

Add salt, pepper powder , chillies , red onion , garlic and cardamom to this and mix well.

Step3

Put a little oil on the stove and when it heats up, add curry leaves and add the prepared mixture and temper it well

Step4

The mixture should be non-sticky

Step5

Make small balls out of this and roll them in egg yolk and breadcrumbs and fry them in deep oil
